Collaborating with professionals is easy in RenoCanvas. You can invite designers, contractors, or other team members to access and contribute to your project.
How to Invite Team Members
- Open your project and click "Settings" in the navigation
- Select the "Team" tab
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email address
- Select their role and permissions
- Send the invitation
Available Roles
- Designer: Can view everything and add design suggestions
- Contractor: Can view designs and add quotes
- Viewer: Read-only access to project details
Permission Options
You can customize what each team member can do:
- View designs and photos
- Add products and quotes
- Edit project settings
- Manage team members
What Happens Next
Invitees will receive an email with a link to access your project. They'll need to create a RenoCanvas account if they don't have one.
Managing Your Team
From the Team tab, you can:
- See all current team members
- Change roles and permissions
- Remove team members
- Resend invitations
