How do I invite a designer or contractor?

Collaborating with professionals is easy in RenoCanvas. You can invite designers, contractors, or other team members to access and contribute to your project.

How to Invite Team Members

1. Open your project and click "Settings" in the navigation
2. Select the "Team" tab
3. Click "Invite Member"
4. Enter their email address
5. Select their role and permissions
6. Send the invitation

Available Roles

• Designer: Can view everything and add design suggestions
• Contractor: Can view designs and add quotes
• Viewer: Read-only access to project details

Permission Options

You can customize what each team member can do:

• View designs and photos
• Add products and quotes
• Edit project settings
• Manage team members

What Happens Next

Invitees will receive an email with a link to access your project. They'll need to create a RenoCanvas account if they don't have one.

Managing Your Team

From the Team tab, you can:

• See all current team members
• Change roles and permissions
• Remove team members
• Resend invitations
